[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide internet content filtering and reporting solution that will allow greater throughput and reporting capabilities and objective is to review, purchase and configure a new content filtering and reporting solution that is able to accommodate speeds of 15Gbit/sec or greater while full SSL decryption is enabled.
- Provide any service level agreement respective of your solution.
- The filter must be able to support 15GB+ of internet traffic with full SSL decryption independently in the event of failure.
- The solutions connections should be compatible with (2) 10GB fiber connections to (2) Cisco 6509 switches as well as (2) 10GB fiber connections to (2) Juniper SRX5400 Firewalls.
- Solution should report overall bandwidth usage through the platform.
- Solution should rank users by bandwidth usage and by most risk keyword hits.
- Application, URL, IP Address, Geo-IP, Browser/OS, and Keyword filtering at a group level must be provided through the solution.
- Automatic updates of known malicious/blocked sites, URLS, and IP addresses.
- Ability to do scheduled firmware updates.
- Ability to turn off potentially unwanted services, applications, or protocols via toggle switches. (Skype, Discord, P2P, TOR, VPN, SSH, RDP, FTP).
- Solution should provide active redundancy in the event the system has issues.
- Ability to monitor and alert in real-time.
- Ability to monitor and alert on common high-risk keywords.
- Ability to export an easy to ready user’s browsing history summary.
- Ability to export reports in multiple formats.
HTTPS/SSL Filtering and decryption:
- Solution will automatically (without user) intervention update and adapt to changes to ensure SSL decryption remains functional.
- Solution will accurately and seamlessly decrypt at multi-gig speeds without need for client-side agents.
- Solution will provide reliable SSL decryption services without degrading network performance.
- Solution will provide accurate logging and reporting of SSL web traffic across all devices and browsers.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 14, 2022.
