[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide contract operations and maintenance consulting services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- Personnel intended for this work (names and positions); and
- Subcontractor’s key personnel intended for this work (names and positions) (if applicable). This chart should specifically include, but is not limited to project manager and key personnel responsible for preparation of deliverables.
- The function and responsibilities of each position identified in the organizational chart;
- The names of specific personnel proposed for assignment to these positions; and
- The position responsible for approving deliverables and submittals before submission
- Planning services, including:
a. Assemble existing documents: Previous procurement documents, previous agreements, and recent applicable industry standard document, etc.
b. Conduct project workshops with key SWB management staff
c. Technical data assembly
- Project risk register development
- Drafting Services:
a. Draft review workshops with management staff
c. Draft revisions, and final document preparation
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 31, 2022
