[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Online Software System for Pest Inspection routing, inspections, treatment, and Sentricon reporting that includes the following features:
Software required features and capabilities:
1. Inspection forms integrated into a mobile app
2. Ability to scan barcodes on bait stations and products used
3. Routing tools to provide the most efficient inspector route for traveling to multiple locations (i.e. route optimization)
4. Geotracking of inspector location in real time
5. Task management (scheduling of routing pest inspections)
6. Unlimited support at no additional cost (phone and online support)
7. Ability to assign employees different levels of administrative capabilities within the program
8. Ability to automatically schedule recurring inspections
9. Ability to report Sentricon use to Corteva AgriSciences
10. User-friendly mobile technician app that allows inspectors to report target pest, product used, ratio of product, and
total amount of product using easy drop-down menus
11. Automatic reminders of upcoming and overdue routine scheduled inspections
12. Allows inspectors to have access to inspection maps and notes in the field
13. Free access to online training webinars
14. Use of the Sentricon portal for reporting termite bait station inspections
15. Any shipping of products, if needed, will be done so at no additional cost.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
