Government Authority located in Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for commencement photography services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide commencement photography services.
o Supplier will be responsible for capturing student portraits during commencement and Commencement Related Events. Supplier shall provide a mutually agreed upon number of professional photographers, trained assistants, required equipment, and other supplies at each venue and ceremony.
o Display of Name is a minimum requirement, additional lines of content is preferred.
o Supplier shall be responsible for travel, shipping of equipment, and all other expenses required to provide services.
o Supplier must dress in a business-like manner for the occasion and must conduct their work in
a professional and courteous manner and shall not distract from or delay the ceremony in any way. Supplier shall defer to the University staff when decisions concerning ceremonies are needed.
o Grad Fair should have at least three (3) photo stations as well as coordination with Grad Fair representatives on expectations and plans for the event.
o Official commencement regalia must be made available by the Supplier for use upon request at all Grad Fair events. - Photography List: -
o Supplier shall work with University staff and the Office of Communications and University Relations and Law Center Public Relations staff to stage the photos. The University reserves the right to have final decision regarding positions, backdrops, and placement of photos.
o Each graduate shall be photographed twice; once on stage during handshake, then once again offstage.
o Doctorial graduates shall require a third photograph on stage of ceremonial hooding.
o In addition to graduates, at the request of the University, additional photographs shall be taken of honors recipients, speakers, and any other institution-directed requests.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
