[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-exclusive physical therapy services and related insurance billing service to intercollegiate athletics of a certified physical therapist![]()
holding the doctor of physical therapy to focus on the rehabilitation of surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic injuries to the government authority located in Ruston, LA. - The contractor will provide staffing to bill the student-athlete private health insurance - The contractor will coordinate uninsured student-athletes care with the senior associate athletic director for competitive excellence - The contractor will provide quarterly reports to the senior associate athletic director for competitive excellence that outlines the number of patients treated, amount billed for and amount received - Contractor will bill private insurance of student-athletes - The contractor will share revenue generated from student-athletes primary insurance claims for services rendered - The goal of the contract is to enhance student-athlete welfare, increase health care services, and to minimize expense and recover cost of the athletics department at the university.
