Utilization Review / Case Management
Account Management / Customer Support
Claims Reporting / Analytics
PBM Integration (Benefits/ESI)
PPO Network Access
Pre-65 Dependent Retirees Administration to collect payments
2. Dental Plan, both in network only and in and out of network options.
3. Vision Plan, both in network only and in and out of network options.
4. Employee Assistance Program.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 20, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
