[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide key access system to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- Supply and install the following equipment, hardware and software.
- Qty 225 - Mortise Cylinder (1-1/4”) Part # 100500M
- Qty 9 – Rim Cylinder Part #100400HM
- Qty 5 – KIL (used in Yale 5400LN) Part #200503 M
- Qty 64 -Medeco (E3) System Keys Part #KEC49X003
- Qty 1 -Medeco Key Cabinet with Card Reader Part#EA-100249-MD1
- Qty 1- Software Program ( Remote Plus) Part #SW500101-3
- Qty 1 - Medeco Cliq Software Programmer (desktop) Part # EA-100179
- Qty 1 – C-Key Part #KEB49600C
- Qty 1 - Labor to Install Cliq Cylinders and existing locks and hardware
- Medeco cylinders will be tested for operations of cylinder only. If determined that a lock is broken or malfunctioning, that lock will be replaced.
- Qty 1 – Training and Configuration.
(2) A Non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 26, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
