(1) Vendor needs to provide fully integrated, vendor-hosted and cloud-based financial software and services.
o Accounts payable
o Ad hoc reporting
o Bank reconciliation
o Budgeting
o Contract management
o Fixed and capital assets
o General ledger
o Grant and project accounting
o Inventory management
o Purchasing
o Includes general and technical requirements
o Any other necessary software components to support the proposed core application software solution
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2022.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on July 8, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
