[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide periodical subscription services to the government authority located in Lake Charles, LA.
- Provide financial statements
- Provide a separate invoice when subscription price increases occur between renewal periods
- Provide a credit memo for all price decreases that occur between renewal periods
- The vendor will notify the System in the event the status of a subscription changes including but not limited to a change of title, merge with another title, change in frequency, and/or discontinuation,
- The vendor will assign a customer service representative for invoices, ordering, etc.
- The vendor will be available to provide assistance setting up accounts, to answer day-to-day questions and provide problem resolution
- Provide a transition team, if deemed necessary by the system, to assist the library serials transition to the vendor’s platform services.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
