- Flambeau Medical Box 1702 with lift out tray. 16 ½”L X 8 ¼”W X 7 ½” D
- Double-sided plastic utility boxes with 15 stationary compartments. 6 5/8” W X 2 1/8” H X 4 ¼” D. Plano™
- Disposable Suction Cup (12 pack) for Lucas 3 CPR device
- Carry Case, hard shell for Lucas 3 CPR device
- Grip Tape for Slim Back Plate (3 pack) for Lucas 3 CPR device.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
