[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 35 MM microfilming services includes digitize, scan and microfilm service for various large format drawings using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF file format.
- Provide an index, in an Excel spreadsheet format, of all digitized and microfilmed documents. Spreadsheet shall be saved onto a DVD.
- Digitized images must be saved onto a DVD in Adobe PDF format.
- Digitize, scan and microfilm various large format drawings
- One digital versatile disk with digitized drawings saved in a pdf format
- One 35 Millimetre Silver Halide microfilm roll (Master)
- One 35 Millimetre Diazo or Vesicular microfilm roll (Duplicate Copy)
- One Index of the drawings on DVD
- One copy of the Contractor’s pick-up record pertaining to the group of deliverables
- Duplicate rolls of existing 35 Milli meter Silver Halide and Diazo microfilm upon request.
- Each DVD of digitized images must be labelled.
- Provide a telephone number that will be monitored by the Contractor twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
