(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation claims and liability claims management services for automated injury reporting, electronic claims management, diary narratives, supervisor or adjuster reporting, electronic access to all medical documentation, electronic access to all payments made on a specific claim.

(3) Contract will be for the period of three years.
