(1) Vendor needs to provide permitting reform consultant service to review the permitting process, identify needed reforms based on best practices and input and possibly assist with subsequent, high-level implementation of the reforms to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- Customer service, including public perceptions and expectations surrounding permitting, the availability and accuracy of public information related to permitting, and how customers would like to interact with permitting agencies
-External interviews with diverse permit users (e.g. contractors, architects, homeowners), followed by documentation of trends identified within and across these customer groups, and their ramifications for permitting reform
- Public-facing materials to assist customers in understanding their legal responsibilities and navigating the permitting process, thereby improving the quality and completeness of permit applications and reducing internal demands.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on May 15, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 19, 2023.
