(1) Vendor needs to provide domestic out-of-state student recruitment services to support the increasing the number of domestic out-of-state undergraduate (focus) and graduate students to leave their home state and enroll as full-time students to the government authority located in Lafayette, LA.
- Providing primary liaisons to the contractor from the division of academic affairs and the division of enrolment management.
- Providing support and resources for creating and refining marketing materials and collateral to meet marketing and promotional needs (website pages, marketing fliers/emails, promotional items, etc.) not to exceed over the course of the Contract and which should be included in the cost worksheet plan.
- Booth accommodations from with appropriate branding to use at conference/college fair events.
- Coordinating with the Contractor to provide advising time, campus tours, and other meeting time for domestic out-of-state students visiting the campus.
- Providing the data regarding admissions requirements needed to communicate the availability and eligibility of domestic out-of-state tuition waivers for admitted students meeting requirements for waivers. Contractor will coordinate with Enrolment Management, Office of Financial Aid, and the Scholarship Offices to coordinate the offers in a timely manner to qualifying applicants and eligibility information to student leads/prospects.
- Allowing access to all inquiry and data available through College press platform in an effort to better position/promote the University and use the platform to generate new domestic out-of-state leads and applicants
- Scheduling ongoing meetings to coordinate outreach activities and a minimum of one (1) meeting per semester with the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs to report on progress of the project
