- Integrate 3rd party ADA compliance features.
- Integrate Google Translates as is currently implemented on the existing website
- Choose a closed platform solution to minimize the risk of malware attacks.
- Conduct daily malware scans to ensure website security.
- Integrate Google Analytics for tracking website performance and visitor behavior.
- Ensure the website is fully responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices.
- Ensure NOLA Public Schools retains 100% ownership of the website's Intellectual Property Rights.
- Ensure the website is portable, allowing for hosting migration if necessary.
- Develop a scalable website that allows for future expansion without requiring a complete redesign.
- Develop homepage takeover capability where the existing homepage is unpublished and replaced by content that strictly focuses on an emergency.
- Develop a password-protected section exclusively for internal use, ensuring that confidential internal information remains inaccessible to the public.
- Implement website functionality that enables seamless integration with any future app that may be developed for the school system
- Design the homepage to support an attractive and user-friendly carousel of high-resolution images, along with captivating and easily accessible video content.
