(1) Vendor needs to provide unbilled or misbilled utility services for correction of water, sanitary sewer, and or solid waste under billings and misbilling, with the intent of improving accountability and rate payer equity and examine certain utility billing to identify causes of, and remedies for, inaccuracies in all functions related to utility billings to the government authority located in Gretna, LA.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 25, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be four years.
