[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7 extended call centre services for disaster events, critical infrastructure failure, and overflow or surge of incoming call volume as-needed.
(2) Approximately call volumes will be 2,500 incoming calls in a 24-hour period.
(3) Toll-free number to which calls can be routed.
(4) All question must be submitted no later than November 17, 2017.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
