[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide central banking services for depository collection services, disbursement services, safekeeping and custodial services for state owned investment securities, repurchase agreements and collateral securities, investment tracking and reporting services, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements and securities lending services, lockbox services and check printing services to government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
