[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record system and dental software system including digital dental records, clinical notes, examination forms, medical histories and images, groups common procedures together in a single code, electronic prescriptions and transmits instantly to the pharmacy, and manages refill requests online, aggregates data for productivity reports, uniform data system reports, compliance reports, manages appointment scheduling and community health billing, productivity reports, clinical reports and payer utilization reports, decision-support systems: drug interactions and best practice compliance, secure electronic communication and connectivity among providers and patients, practice management system is fully integrated, documentation customization, referral results management, secure electronic communication and connectivity among providers and patients and supports printers, cameras, scanners, signature pads, and other optional software.
(2) All question must be submitted no letter then January 29, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
