[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer satisfaction surveys for assess customer opinions regarding service, safety, reliability, convenience and value, update CATS customer profiles and travel patterns, benchmark CATS scores with peer transit agencies to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
(2) All question must be submitted no letter then February 28, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
