[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide information technology support services to technical support, assistance, hardware and software troubleshooting, system maintenance and training and documentation of new and existing systems, inventory of software, and system security updates and confirmations, responsible for safeguarding their own materials, tools, and equipment, management of networks and computer systems, including databases, messaging, servers, and associated hardware, software, communications, and operating systems, necessary for performance, security, reliability, and recoverability of the systems, maintain and support network equipment, including switches, firewalls, routers, and other security devices as needed, include the installation of all printers, network copiers, routine configuration changes, minor cabling if needed, and provide alert notifications in case of equipment failure. contractor shall maintain email accounts using the agency domain, adding, changing, and/or deleting employee accounts as directed to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
