Government Authority Located in Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for parks reservation system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parks reservation system for managing reservable inventory and tee-time reservations and be able to convert and import existing parks reservation and tee-time reservation data into the system, accurately and without losing data, able to handle monetary transactions, reporting, and audit functions, supports advance reservations made through the Internet, through a call center, and through in person same-day reservations.
- Vendor also needs to provide centralized reservation system compatible with POS system.
- A professional call center with sufficient telephone reservations staff to promptly answer all incoming calls for reservations, Help Desk must be available and staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.
- A fully integrated golf course management system that includes tee sheet and event management software, point of sale with inventory management.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
