[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design and consulting services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- The Consultant shall create a program of spaces for building exterior and interior, including: basic information such as sizes, space requirements, workflows, activities and special uses.
- Provide preliminary site development sketches and a project schedule.
- Develop project schedule and cost model.
- Develop site and architectural design plans.
- Attend owner meetings to coordinate and resolve value engineering, constructability, construction phasing and scheduling issues in the design.
- Fully develop written specifications defining the contract requirements and level of quality.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
