[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental monitoring system for monitor, record, and alert staff to various environmental conditions throughout the medical center in applications, accessible for end users within the space in addition to the support staff responsible for initiating adjustments to the system to meet temperature and humidity requirements, allow end users to receive real time information concerning the specific areas and equipment, receive alerts when the monitored areas fall outside of designated acceptable ranges and provides easy reporting for trending and archives, ensure complete data capture or logging for alerting, able to graphically display relevant intervals of data, track all system logons and provide audit tracking capability, able to allow users to have access only to information from sensors in their respective areas, easily configurable and highly scalable and expandable with customizable, highly functional and user-friendly software and ability to escalate alert if no action is taken.
(2) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
