[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for all college facilities, and to clean all areas of the facilities on a daily basis, five days per week to the government authority located in Monroe, LA.
- Floors: all hard surface floors shall be swept, dust mopped, and wet mopped as needed. all visible dust, spillage, stains, streaking, etc. must be removed
- Restrooms: floors shall be wet mopped with a disinfectant, toilets shall be cleaned and disinfected with an approved bowl cleaner, lavatories shall be cleaned, sanitized and rinsed thoroughly, shelves and lavatory counters shall be cleaned and sanitized, mirrors shall be cleaned, fittings and supply pipes shall be cleaned
- Dusting: all chairs, desks, filing cabinets, book cases, counters, tables, shelves, office furniture, etc. shall be cleaned, dusted and polished
- Glass: all glass windows, doors, and other glass surfaces shall be cleaned and all postings shall be removed from designated non-posting areas.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid will be held on April 10, 2019 and April 11, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
