[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide performance-based energy efficiency contract services to the government authority located in Jefferson, LA.
- Incurs no initial capital costs
- Achieves significant short-term and long-term cost savings through effective energy management
- Achieves a guarantee for cost savings
- Achieves as much cost savings as possible
- Maintain consistent and acceptable levels of occupant comfort
- Maintains consistent levels of building functionality
- Captures additional benefits that may directly result from energy related services and capital improvements, such as environmental protection, improved occupant comfort, reduced maintenance needs, improved indoor air quality and additional building improvements
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 16, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 26, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
