[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
- Daily cleaning schedule: trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point,
carpets are to be vacuumed, floor mats are to be vacuumed, drinking fountains to be cleaned and polished, hard surface floors are to be dust mopped daily, interior partition glass, door glass or window glass to be spot cleaned,
- Daily restroom cleaning schedule: towels, tissue and hand soap to be stocked, trash receptacles are to be emptied and damp wiped, mirrors are to be cleaned and polished, toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides and disinfected, splash marks are to be removed from walls around basins, floors are to be wet mopped and rinsed with disinfectant,
- Daily exterior parking lot cleaning schedule: pick up paper and debris on front porch, empty ashtrays, wet wipe as needed. dispose of contents in trash receptacles, empty trash receptacles on front porch and at all public entrances and remove to a collection point,
- Weekly Cleaning Schedule: hard surface floors are to be wet mopped, Spot clean doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles and walls,
- Monthly cleaning schedule: phones, calculators, and computers are to be damp wiped, baseboards are to be dusted, vents, louvers, fans and blinds are to be cleaned, table pedestals, legs are to be damp wiped,
- Quarterly cleaning schedule: floor coverings to be cleaned, rinsed and refinished in areas that show excessive wear, windows are to be cleaned inside,
- Bi-annual cleaning schedule: floors are to be stripped, waxed and buffed, windows are to be cleaned to height of seven feet outside
