[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security systems monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for students, faculty and staff is dependent upon the reliable operation of the identified systems to protect property and equipment, ability to perform the specified services in reliable, practical, cost-effective manner, while maintaining the highest technical standards regardless of the day or time, desire to continue with a prior practice of deploying proprietary alarm equipment, deemed unreliable, or non-repairable, will be replaced by non-proprietary security alarm equipment, capable of being monitored by security industry standard alarm receivers, capabilities to be monitored, maintained, repaired and programmed by various vendors and must not be proprietary so that monitoring and maintenance is limited to one manufacturer to the government authority located in Hagerstown, LA.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid will be held on May 23, 2019 and May 24, 2019.
