[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical evaluation and student tracking system.
- This software must be accessible online by clinical course coordinators, program Coordinators, clinical teachers and preceptors as well as students.
- Each should be able to enter progress notes in the evaluation on an ongoing basis over the semester
- capable of customizable evaluations
- easy to access using computer and mobile devices
- easy to use for both students and instructors
- low cost especially on a student pay basis
- excellent client and user support
1. Data tracking should include
- student evaluations ability to monitor the progress of student clinical experiences and ensure that the objectives of each course are met
- comprehensive clinical skill logs and reports
- student electronic portfolios
- student clinical encounter tracking
- student, preceptor, clinical instructor database
- clinical site database
- secure document management
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 8, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
