[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide educational study services to assist the board of regents by carrying out an assessment of the need for, and feasibility of, creating a new institution of postsecondary education, or establishing a branch of an existing institution to the government authority located in Louisiana.
- Conduct and review regional analyses to develop an assessment of how the state can best meet the legal education needs of students and the economic and workforce development needs of the shreveport-bossier region and to include a compilation of state agency data about legal workforce shortage areas in the labor market regions, particularly in regions 6, 7, and 8
- Analyze trends in law school enrollment as well as employment statistics of law school graduates.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
