[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 program and grants management services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- Assist in obtaining reimbursement from any other federal/state/local capital grant funding source,
- As necessary, the Contractor will attend meetings with related State/Federal and other agencies and provide information to these agencies as required,
- The Contractor will also assist in liquidating any COVID-19 grants and other funding sources to cover program implementation cost,
- Quarterly reports which demonstrate that the funding grants utilized for COVID-19 response activities are eligible, reasonable and allocable under the program,
- A risk management plan and a procedure to minimize the risk of fund de-obligation per the requirements of the funding sources, this plan needs to be reviewed and updated at least quarterly. - Monthly reports that indicate the financial status of all COVID-19 funding sources,
- Monthly close-out tracking report.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
