[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to legal services necessary for the operation of the agency to the government authority located in Alexandria, LA.
- Serve as special counsel and represent the Housing Authority in any legal matters to includes file lawsuits on behalf of the housing authority, represent the housing authority in court or hearings resulting from lawsuits or complaints.
- Attend Board of Commissioners meetings or other scheduled meetings as required.
- Assist in preparing correspondence or other documents as needed.
- Assist in the interpretation of regulations by local, state and federal agencies.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
