[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide asset management system software and services for asset management, maintenance management (including work orders), and service request management, all integrated with ESRI ArcGIS with mobile platform capability for DPW.
- Responding suppliers should have successful experience with implementation in similar-sized municipal agencies as well as larger agencies with similar requirements for public works operations including streets and transportation, storm water system management, fleet and facility operations, street sweeping and residential bulk trash pick-up.
- The system should include coordination capacity with external entities that provide critical services such as water, sanitary sewer, electric or gas utility services.
- The system should be scalable to accommodate future needs of DPW and other departments of the City and should provide real-time access to all data.
- Due to the City’s significant investment in ESRI ArcGIS, DPW seeks an asset management system that is GIS-centric in which GIS is the registry for the asset database, thereby eliminating the need to duplicate data in additional tables and minimizing the time and expense of transferring data. However, this is not a requirement for submission.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
