[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and produce merchandise and maintain an online store to process orders on the city website under the guidance of the public information office.
- Conceptualize, design and deliver branded promotional items adhering to the city style guide.
- Create and maintain an online store for all branded items to be listed for the public to view and purchase for delivery directly from the proposer.
- Collaborate with the public information office (PIO) staff as needed to update the available merchandise. Items listed on the online store shall be approved by the PIO staff prior to placement on the online marketplace.
- Ensure adherence to specified branding requirements and articulate brand message through appropriate design solutions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
