Government Authority located in Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for marketing research and development and brand strategy services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing research and development and brand strategy services.
- To research and assess marketing assets and brand perception, and assist the college’s communications and marketing department with identifying audience specific marketing goals
and benchmarks for marketing success.
- To develop a new brand identity system, brand messages, marketing materials, marketing strategies and a brand guide.
1. Brand Perception Research
- Research samples must include a statistically significant number of individuals, and should serve to better define the college’s marketing goals and strategies. A minimum of one brand perception
report is required; the report must include input from internal and external stakeholders.
2. System Redesign and Marketing Applications
- Identity system redesign including a minimum of one of each of the following:
• Logo or primary mark (icon and words)
• Word MARK
• College seal
• Student or spirit mark
• Tertiary branding components (example: foundation)
• Color palette
• Typography set (fonts and numbers)
• A set of customized patterns or icons
• A set of social media icons (must include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Applications of Visual Identity
Contractor shall collaborate with communications and marketing to produce a minimum of three design mock-ups of the following:
• Mobile
• Web
• Stationery
• Brochure
• Billboard
• Print or digital ad
• Environmental signage
- Brand Guide
Contractor shall create a brand guide which delineates key design and copy elements including, but not limited to, photography style, illustration style, typographic style, copy style, sample layouts, tone and voice.
- Brand Concept
Contractor shall use the results of qualitative and quantitative research to provide a single, core brand message and a minimum of three supporting brand messages based on research.
3. Brand Engagement
- Launch
Contractor shall collaborate with the college’s communications and marketing department to develop, launch and execute one marketing initiative.
4. Impact Testing
- Quantitative Analysis Contractor shall conduct impact testing among targeted demographics to measure and analyze the success of the marketing initiative launches and execution. Research samples must include a statistically significant number of individuals, and should serve to refine and prioritize the college’s marketing strategies. The resulting report must include input from internal and external stakeholders.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
