[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial services for the majority of our financial functions to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- An assessment of all of our current systems (software as well as day-to-day processes and procedures) with suggestions for how to better utilize staff, software, and streamline day-to-day processes and procedures.
- Management of our current team, with the CEO and COO as the selected organization’s day-to-day contact.
- Management of all of the financial functions noted above, utilizing both FirstLine current staff and the selected organization’s staff.
- Ensuring there are effective internal controls over compliance and with federal grants.
- Maintaining effective internal controls around financial reporting.
- Working with our internal teams to facilitate better communication and work across teams especially including our development, hr and operations teams.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 7, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2021.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
