[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and municipal treasury management services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
• Manage, on a daily basis, district’s separate investment portfolios pursuant to the specific stated investment objectives. place all orders for the purchase and sale of securities, communicate settlement information to district staff and coordinate security settlement.
• Serve as a general resource to District’s staff for information, advice and training regarding fixed income securities and investments.
• Work with district staff to understand cash flow projections to ensure that the investment strategy is consistent with district’s liquidity requirements.
• Advise the district on note and bond market conditions which might be expected to influence interest rates and the ability to market the notes and bonds.
• Review and analyze the district’s investment posture on a periodic basis throughout the term of the agreement.
• Advise the district on investment strategies for all district funds.
• ensure that federal regulations and any state or local regulations, standards or policies related to gifts, political contributions or other financial arrangements are met.
• Abide by the district’s treasury policy and provide reporting to verify such compliance for the annual audit.
• Be available to consult representatives by telephone and in person, as required.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2022.
(3) A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 21, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
