[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide biosafety and biosecurity consulting services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- The development, continuous improvement, and implantation of the biosafety, biocontainment, and biosecurity program.
- Provide expert technical consultation and helping ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements for laboratory and animal biocontainment levels
- Developing, conducting, and facilitating biosafety training
- Acting as a thought-leader to generate creative ideas and suggestions to improve systems, processes, and service
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures
- Evaluating established procedures and educational programs for effectiveness
- Developing, conducting, and facilitating safety audits and performing hazard assessments, including the interpretation of results, and facilitating implementation of solutions
- Assisting in the interpretation of root-cause analysis investigations and coordinating external reporting in a manner consistent with regulatory guidelines
- Acting as primary consultant for laboratories utilizing biohazardous materials
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of information
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 13, 2022
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
