- Contents of the tapes are one of a kind and irreplaceable
- Tapes contain a high intrinsic value and are of continuing unique, historical interest
- Collection consists of 1568 tapes
- Tapes to be sent to the Vendor’s facility will consist of the following type: cassette tape at 60 minutes each
- Provide a Removable Hard Drive for the files
- Provide DVDs for the files
- Preservation File: .WAV
- Audio Channels: as source    
- Audio Sample Size: 96 KHz
- Audio Sample Size: 24 bit

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
