Vendor needs to provide project management software
- Creation of a program that manages workflow with multiple users/departments.
- Workflow scheduling automation and assignment. Designate tasks when out of the office to other employees. Designate signature authority.
- Integrate with current Parish software applications including, but not limited to, Tyler Technologies (MUNIS), Microsoft Office, Laserfiche, Cartegraph, Concord, and The Maintenance Authority (TMA).
- Role based access (position level dictates the amount of access to different features).
- Project Management (deadlines, activity logs, priority, link to financial software, dictate where different funding is originating, uploading documents, etc.)
- Sends email reminders on tasks/priorities/etc. Works with Outlook.
- Stored on a Cloud based system and owned by the Parish in perpetuity.
- The ability to limit access to read/review for internal and external users. External users will have the ability to access the system for the purpose of uploads and viewing, when necessary. Uploading system from external users would go to a holding system (example: IT firewall) prior
to approval for upload onto the software.
- Support/technical assistance from provider of the software during the course of the contract with the Parish.
- Allow for multi-screen options and multi-device authentication. Software should be usable for Android and iOS.
- Ability to import/export multiple types of files to the individual projects including but not limited to AutoCAD documents, Revit documents, Cobie documents, Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, etc.
- User could have a customizable dashboard on their home screen.
