(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development in instructional practices service for English learners to the government authority located in Louisiana.
- Develop working knowledge of second language acquisition & implication on classroom Performance
- Implement a protocol of Lesson Planning, Lesson Delivery, and Content Assessment through a research-based model of delivering both language & content instruction
- Develop competency of above protocol over the course of professional development series in one academic year.
- Co-create strategic plan to develop whole-school instructional practices.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 2, 2023.
